Nice place to work if you wanna work with a bunch of felons, paid time after 1 year, expensive benefits, management is a joke, everyone is non friendly around you, no one helps you out your first couple days you just stand around doing nothing

Christopher - We are sorry for any frustration you experienced during your stay. Our team prides themselves on providing incredible properties with the highest level of service and have been working diligently with you to resolve your concerns. We appreciate your understanding of this. We are able to confirm that the pool heater and hot tub are working and are awaiting a new piece to be delivered to repair the in-ground hot tub. Once received, our team will complete that repair ASAP. Additionally, pest services were completed last week and a contractor has been sent to the home to repair all other items and that will be done shortly. We understand this was not the ideal experience and hope you allow us to host you again and provide the 5-star experience you expect and deserve.
