great potential product, in it's infancy. Could be cost effective against competitors, could be a game changer as far as operations and maintenance.

Cons

bad management, using all Chinese labor. Does not leverage that cost effective possibility. Difficult to prove great operations because of age and run time in states.

Flexible organization that has allowed me a work-life balance through remote work and has been very willing to allow me to gain valuable experience.

Cons

Cross cultural difficulties are large in any organization looking to internationalize. Goldwind has a difficult time as there are not many successful models of Chinese firms having made the jump across the pond, except for in developing countries.
