Pros

Staff as a whole is very friendly. No late hours and you have most holidays off while also being closed Mondays.

Cons

There is an incredibly high turnover rate and generally inconsistent rules due to lackluster ownership. The restaurant is still working off rules and health codes from the day it opened almost 60 years ago.

Pros

not one pro working here. Terrible.

Cons

For some reason, these people thought it was acceptable to have part-time underpaid workers on call??? They fully expected you to drop whatever you are doing to go work for their restaurant whenever they call. The rudest coworkers and waitresses decided to sit in the back and do coloring pages and gossip while bossing the bussers around like their own personal slaves. The management of this establishment was terrible and no one effectively communicated anything. Working here was one of the worst decisions I've ever made and others agree which is why it's a revolving door of employees because no one stays longer than a few months.

Pros

1/2 off lunches / dinner Off on all major holidays You make what you put in

Cons

Upper management played favoritism when it came to section assignments. No breaks unless you smoked during all day shifts. Zero room for career advancement.
