      Company and people I worked with are really supportive Relaxed and collaborative atmosphere Great processes in place mean you get a lot of work done Good review process Commitment to improving and supporting learning

      Many business analysts (but not all) are hard to work with and deferred to by the product managers

      Good Benefits Work life Balance and wonderful management and employees.

      Cons

      Doesn’t have paternity leave.I don’t have any other than this.

      Pros

      Fantastic Life insurance if you are living in MN, paid vacations, diversity and work culture is good. Most of the teams are very respectful and let people grow both personally and professionally

      Cons

      No Bonus since it is a NP organization. No matter how much you perform you get flat hike every year which is kind of less motivation.
