Pros

Stable Source of Income while you look for something better. If you're going on interview here, ask for TOP PAY because once they hire you, they want to squeeze every last bit out of you. 0-1% annual pay raise is the norm.

Cons

Privately held, HQ located in Hong Kong. Inconsistent policies that depend on whether you're liked by upper management. Everything on a need-to-know basis, no accountability, no transparency. Work tools and software date back 6 decades.

Pros

Some personnel and higher ups from corporate office in CA are really nice. Honestly, that’s about it.

Cons

It’s a Chinese based company. Sure, they don’t discriminate when hiring, but some offices (particularly the Chicago office) definitely do not have equal treatment amongst their workers. Very clickish. If you’re not Chinese, you’ll feel out of place and segregated
