After 8 years of working for this company, it took a lot of thought and prayer to put in my resignation. When I started we were an elite dealer and sold conventional panels alongside SP... after almost a decade of loyalty and pride to support a family owned company- we became a master dealer. HOS believed in backing their company values and put their clients first with fair pricing. The last few years I watched this company grow greedy and put their clients last. Constant false promises and lack of quality installs. 2020 brought closures of two public record companies. And with that the prices raised with lack of quality. They constantly cut corners and dragged out clients quality of work and promises. I felt conflicted putting my name behind a company that I felt put my clients at risk. With 1.8/ 5 stars in BBB, I will let you determine if that’s quality, and exceptional customer experience.
