Meaningful work, Great coworkers and supportive managers. Pay is fair in comparison to other companies. Yearly raises. Quarterly bonuses. Room for advancement.

Cons

30 minutes of unpaid lunch. Only non profit I’ve ever worked for that didn’t offer paid lunch.

You are let go at will without warning, no matter how long you where with the company. Upper management is a group of women that are more worried about how much money they have and what they are wearing before the employees or clients. Huge turn around.
