I recently started at IBT Media and am happy that I did. The company is really ambitious and it's clear that they are building up their team and growing into a larger, very serious media company. There are tons of job postings and all of the teams - from tech, to ad sales, to the newsrooms, are growing. The staff is hard working and incredibly smart. Everyone's friendly as well. They have bagels on Wednesday mornings which people get excited about.

Cons

Because it's a younger company, they don't have certain programs/employee benefits in place yet, like a 401k. However, they are working to add those items in. Since I've started there has been mention of 401k plans starting, they got set up with an ADP portal that makes requesting days off and tracking pay days super easy and straightforward.
