Pros

ILIA has great formulas, so it feels good to rep a product I love. The people are kind, collaborative, invested, and down to earth. Leadership is open to new ideas, and it feels like there’s mostly an eagerness to try new things that move the needle. They’re generous with free product and team outings/experiences. The people here are really smart and there’s a lot to learn.

Cons

Workload can be demanding and deadlines feel nonstop (kind of standard for the industry though). Processes can feel disorganized at times, but there is a recent effort to streamline.

Pros

very generous benefits program for healthcare, and a push for mental health support. I appreciated the gratis program as well. They are offering more ERGs and activities to build better cross-functional relationships. I was happy with the growth opportunities I have had.

Cons

day to day communications between cross-functional teams can be tough

Great Culture & Still Lots of Ability to Drive Impact

Pros

- Culture - I like everyone I work with and I've never felt unwelcomed - 100% paid medical, dental, vision - Unlimited paid time off (they call is flex time off but it's basically unlimited) - Opportunity to build in your role (the business is growing and there still a lot of processes being built but I prefer that over a business with too much rigor/red tape)

Cons

- Who your manager is will highly impact your experience (this is probably the case for all remote jobs but your relationship with your manager will either make or break your experience) - Bonus structure (bonuses are discretionary so again it depends on how your manager advocates for you)
