      Pros

      Growth-mindset Cares about employees Some of the best health benefits in Telecom Turn-key contractor solutions means it can service nearly any geography or client

      Cons

      I consider this in the eye of the beholder, but ITG has less structure than larger corporations that have been around for decades. "Ma Bell", Comcast, Verizon, etc. Some see this as a bad thing, I think it's representative of a healthy private company who isn't just a follower.

      Honestly great work environment for me. My managers were amazing when I was there. They knew I did the worked and worked hard so they let me learn and grow.

      Don’t have any cons at all for the company. Just wished I was payed a little more.
