Pros

You will work nonstop with hardly any down time. You will quickly build up experience on ropes, rigging, and NDT. Great place to cut your teeth and hit the ground running. Personal hotel room!!!

Cons

You will work nonstop with hardly any down time. Your expected to go 3 or more months at a time with no days off, no slowing down and no attitude. Safety is not priority and you will be berated and belittled for pointing out unsafe conditions.

Pros

Lots of hours, pretty easy work.

Cons

Bad company culture of drug abuse and addiction. Blatant alcoholism. Don’t let any self respecting lady anywhere near this company. Poor work quality (built to fail) so they can come Back and get more work.

"Coolest Company in Town", Approach with Caution

Pros

Company CEO calls themselves the "coolest company in town", as they spent a fortune decorating their industrial park office, and have free beer and margaritas after work, with a 3 drink limit. They recruit employees from local bars, or bars at their work locations. It is a job, they seem nice when you first start, then the passive aggression kicks in especially about salary and benefits. You will not get the salary you are promised, they are always cutting paychecks. The salary is low for office workers, much better for off-site workers, but not great. A job is a job, get the work, but look for a more ethical honest company elsewhere. They also hire and layoff very easily, not always with reason, but popularity. So can be very easy to get on with Industrial Access, Inc.

Cons

No clear line of management. Too many family members, managers, job titles of who knows who to report to....managers confilct then try to throw blame on other lower managers or workers. Very big into alchol scene, good for some, in the end, very uncomfortable for hard working employees. Bar scene employees make others uncomfortable, especially with owners married and spending time in bars as if they are single....uncomfortable environment....avoid this company if you can go anywhere else.
