Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are happy to hear about your time at Intermountain Health and that you enjoy our collaborative, team-focused work culture, our supportive leadership, and our mission-driven work. Intermountain provides various resources to share news with our leaders and caregivers, and programmatically, we’ve built deliberate opportunities to collaborate and share feedback. (Examples of this include the 30, 60, 90-day Check-Ins with your manager as part of the new employee onboarding program, re-occurring quarterly meetings, team huddles, and staff meetings.) We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.
