Administration is atrocious

Pros

They market themselves well... Benefits are good.

Cons

Administration is incompetent, especially COO and CFO. Management prefers to bully if you question any part of their process... they are all “yes men” for the CEO. CEO puts his ego above all else and, to be frank, is a terrible human being. Physicians who own the clinic don’t have the backbone to make a change in leadership. Understaffed in many departments.

Pros

I cannot think of anything positive- we have great patients and physicians. Management and HR is a joke.

Cons

I was employed for over 20 years - After three years we were ordered to come back into the office to work. We were told it was mandatory- no exceptions. Due to personal family issues I asked for an extension to continue working from home so I could reschedule appointments. I was told no. I put my two weeks in and quit. Later found out that some employees still get to work from home. I also did not receive a “ Thank you” for your 20 year service, etc. Management does not care how they treat you/ if you go to HR about any issue they don’t believe you and will do nothing to help the situation. It’s a joke!! Very selfish, self absorbed individuals in management positions. They will also micromanage you until you cannot stand it , get physically ill and or quit. They truly do not care about their employees.

Not one good thing to say.

Cons

They have fired people for being black, women, and for disabilities. Honestly this place needs to be investigated for workplace harrsssment and for violating so many codes. Don’t even think about this place. Safe your sanity and walk the other way.
