Pros

Gotta love the schedule, the commute, the company events and as a new hire the generous PTO: but enough about me. JSE offers continued growth , consistently providing additional responsibilities which not only adds experience but also variety to the role. I have a "can do" attitude and JSE a "you can do it" expectation while providing the encouragement and support to make it happen.

Cons

I'm always available no matter what and required to change direction on a dime. (but it really doesn't bother me).

Exciting projects located around the country, room to advance, great team of individuals to work with, good work hours (9 hours M-Th & 4 hours F)

Cons

Lower pay than competitors, benefits are not the best, disconnect between upper management and employees, unsure of company direction or vision
