Stepping stone to Big Four but toxic culture
Pros
Can be a stepping stone for those seeking Big Four experience.
Cons
Extremely poor work-life balance. Employees are routinely expected to work excessive hours with little to no overtime compensation. Workload allocation is highly inconsistent, with some staff being overloaded while others receive significantly lighter assignments. The workplace culture often feels toxic due to constant pressure, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of support. Management appears more focused on meeting deadlines than employee well-being. Internal training is difficult to benefit from because project demands take priority. Compensation does not reflect the workload or sacrifices required. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking a sustainable career.
