Great for Family Culture, Veterans, Self motivation
Pros
The new night Manager leads from the front and communicates with everyone. TEAM 1st environment. A example is the team no longer rushes to finishes their route but is focused on every route being finished together and helping each other with coordinated communication from management. Most night jobs are secluded from the day shift usually leading to feeling as misfits but recently with new management the connection between both has gotten stronger, its not AM against PM but seems unified. Which Josh (manager) said he would create. Pay starts low but can reach good pay by 6 months if you perform as expected. 4 day work schedules. Night manager care's and it shows, even uses his own money and time to better the team. General manager Dave and night manager Josh lead from the very front to bring everyone together.
Cons
Weekends are mandatory some weeks. Overtime is gone. Weather can be a struggle. Trucks are down alot.
