      Everything - expect to do jobs of 5 people. Expect to be ghosted if you ask a question. Absolutely unprofessional people - just a bunch of friends that do "business".

      Incredible leadership and culture. The support you get here is unmatched. I started early into my career and was given every resource needed to survive. Whether you’re having a rough week or amazing week, the team will be just as supportive either way. The people at KĒSTA IT are what make this place feel one of a kind. Great place to learn the ins and outs of technical recruiting (and, by doing it the right way). The work is engaging and the opportunity to make great money is there.
