      Pros

      11 weeks of company preplanned time off (additional PTO/ETO as well!) health benefits manageable caseloads mentorship travel reimbursement So so so many pros! This is the first company I have worked at where I have thought to myself "I love my job".

      pay is low but this is typically for pediatric rehabilitation jobs

      Pros

      This organization truly cares about its employees and the impact it has on its community! Working here has been so good for my mental and physical health. The flexibility and transparency is incredible and I feel like my working is really making a difference in the lives of the people in our community.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than I’d like and we only get paid on a monthly basis, so finances can be tricky. However, the CEO and other leadership is extremely communicative about what they are doing to make sure their employees get the pay they need and listen to our feedback.
