Working for Kinecta in my current position has been an amazing experience. I have the opportunity to work remotely and with many wonderful people. I've had the opportunity to grow and learn and contribute the success of my company with many wonderful incentives. I recently reached my 5-year anniversary and was awarded many beautiful gifts including an Ice Cream Maker I was able to choose. What fun this company is!

In my first 30 days, I have seen a strong sense of ethics, great teamwork and supportive leadership, and a work culture that understands flexibility and supports diversity. I enjoy the proactive community and that there is no pressure to engage--people here volunteer or get involved because they want to! I like the hybrid work environment and the Ops Center is a beautiful office with perks I appreciate like the gym and unlimited access to Philz coffee.
