Pros
Open work environment - the office setup and spacing makes it is easy to connect with co-workers; Driven Employees - the employees here are professional and self-driven; they constantly deliver their best; Varied clientele - as a company that delivers custom software and a variety of IT services, the clients and projects never get mundane; Culture of growth - the company owner is constantly seeking areas for internal growth and improvement which makes working here a daily opportunity at getting better as a professional; Variety of tasks - like most small companies you often wear multiple hats which is great if you like to learn and keep things fresh; Enjoyable people - everyone who works here is so different in personality and it is enjoyable getting to know each person; there are challenges but also lots of laughter and collaboration, which makes for a great team environment
Cons
Stressful - working with deadlines, many different people, projects, and in a small company (i.e. multiple hats to wear) means there is plenty that one can be stressed from; you have to be humble and welcome the opportunity to grow if you want to be successful here; High Expectations - in this smaller environment your work is more visible (which is great if you work hard) so you have to stay on your toes, communicate and collaborate more than some are comfortable with;

Pros
They accept you for who you are. They give you the room to grow. Open door policy, any issue you have can be discussed at any time. (personal or professional) The boss has wine and cheese nights for the team! The office is pet friendly, so you have some critters running around!
Cons
Sometimes the pets bark too loud interrupting your work. :( The white noise - sound cancellation devices can be annoying.
