Pros

Working outside, no two days are the same. The people you get to work with come from all walks of life and from all over the world. You get to be the reason someone has a smile on their face.

Cons

Leadership needs to learn that people are led, and things are managed. Lots of cronyism runs rampant through the Operations division (Rides, Park Services, and Aquatics) which robs people of opportunities for growth that are deserved. They've seen turnover from people with long tenure due to opportunities being handed to people who are friends with leaders who make the decisions to promote. It's objectively unfair and people are leaving because they're worth the opportunities that they never had a chance to have.
