I love the environment . I learn so much from all the team members. Everyone is very dedicated to giving knowledgeable, compassionate care to the animals. I am encouraged by the team and I love going to work.

it's a 35 minute drive away from home

Pros

Employee focused, voice is heard, not always about profit like other big corporations, they value work/life balance, hospitals are locally run

Cons

they don't have as much buying power as the big corporations but that is too be expected.
