Pros

The team is competent and focused on delivering real results. Managers trust you with responsibility early on and complete the tasks at your own pace. We do a lot of research and analysis, so decisions are always backed with data. I also like the variety of the job, which helps to build skills that’ll be useful in my future career.

Cons

As the company grows, there’s a certain level of uncertainty to deal with.
