No egos, great people, they care about you and your life outside of work, open door policy with managers. Awesome Bonuses

Cons

We do not have the day after Thanksgiving off like most companies. You have to use your PTO

Laid back, low stress environment with reasonable and smart leadership. Long term company investment rather than focus on short term gains. Great work life balance. Cutting edge tech!

Cons

Not enough paid holidays. Other than that, no cons.

I have nothing bad to say about Lanvera. I really enjoy my job, my colleagues, my boss & other leadership members, and believe this company will continue to accomplish great things.
