Be expected to take charge of your career path. This is a start up. Not really a Con just a heads up if you are looking for a very structured or established company.
Leap has an amazing leadership team who clearly knows what they are doing. They are accommodating and flexible. The company culture is great as well. They do a really good job of making everyone feel comfortable and appreciated.

Office is in Jersey City so the commute can be annoying if you live in Manhattan
