      Growing company with inspired management team, shaping the future of the 503B compounding industry. Quality, Collaboration and being a trusted partner for all stakeholders involved (inside and outside the company) are core values at this company.

      Cons

      No much really; for me personally I wish the location was a little further up north as I live on that side of Denver.

      Pros

      Working at a 503B outsourcing facility like this one has been a great learning experience. The company truly values quality and compliance, and you can tell they take patient safety seriously. The leadership team is approachable and open to feedback, and they invest in employee training. The company also values it's people and it working on building a great culture. There’s also a strong sense of teamwork — everyone from production to QA is focused on doing things the right way. Benefits are competitive, and the company is growing fast, which brings opportunities for career advancement and new responsibilities.

      Cons

      Like any 503B environment, it’s fast-paced and highly regulated. There’s a lot of documentation and detail to manage, but it’s part of what makes the work rewarding.
