Pros

Upper management is great and very supportive. My team is also great and I like being able to run my plant without any micro management. I'm trusted to do my job. Safety is a major focus as is engagement and making our plant a great place to work. I never dread going to work, I'm happy to be there and do what I can to help my team.

Cons

Some negative attitudes and misery loving company to a degree, but overall small faction of overall attitudes. Lack of sales with warmer winters, but that's to be expected.

Longer hours, but nothing bad.

Rapid growth. Lots of autonomy to create your role and help build the business. The Louisville office is very flexible and relaxed. People work very hard, but don't take themselves too seriously

Cons

The pace is fast due to high growth. You have to be very comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative as all the answers may not be readily available
