Overall, standard large company. They do what they can to keep employees for long term goals. But when a decision has been made (like layoffs) its typically done by the end of the day. Little to no gossip in the office, and its a clean office working environment.
I have a meeting with my Sr. manager quarterly to see issues from my perspective. They do care what you have to say, and try to take action where they can.
Cons
Never become a manager here. They are truly expendable in this companies eyes. When layoffs occur the first line is lower managers, and they work their way up from there.

Dear User, Thanks for your quite detailed feedback. We hope you continue to give feedback to your team and manager and keep up the good work. Best regards, Franziska from the Linde Careers team
Offers 401K, good medical insurance, no pension plan. There are opportunities for growth however limited. Work life balance depends on the department. Project Management can be stressful.
Cons
Work can be slow and frustrating mainly due to outdated software. Not much of training (learn as you go) which is not so bad. Company does not always seem to value its employees. Pay is decent for Tulsa area.
