Probably learned and experienced at Loft 3x as much as any other company. Work hard, party hard, yes! But touched a LOT of things in the process. A true career accelerator.

Cons

Only for the motivated ones: team pace is high!

Pros

Loft Orbital is a great place to work. You're given a lot of responsibilities and autonomy, while having support and guidance when needed. Caring is a core value of Loft - all Loft employees are kind and respectful, which is quite exceptional. Everyone cares about the doing the things right, and doing the right things.

Cons

Startup-related cons i.e. sometimes lack of organisation or structure. But you're given space to speak out + make things better

Pros

At Loft, state of the art software best practices and innovations are brought to space missions, in order to meet one goal: simpler, cheaper and faster access to orbit. The main pro is the speed at which things go, and how much each engineer will learn and grow over the course of a year. The ultimate training!

Cons

A true rollercoaster, not for the faint of heart. Be prepared to give (and receive) a lot!
