Pros

Nice coworkers and got free food every few months

Cons

Low wages, bad management, scamming customers, greedy boss, no room for growth, bad benefits, no sick days, no bonuses, rare wage increase, slackers and people who suck up to the boss get ahead and good employees get more work piled on, not enough employees to handle work because they don’t want to hire
