Pros

Really great place to work with great people. If you like digital manufacturing and want to grow with like minded people, this is definitely the place to be. No drama, just alignment and exposure to a lot of interesting projects.

Pros

Constant learning environment, new things everyday, never get bored. Good culture ad excellent working environment, growing really fast and can be part of the success.

Cons

The company is growing fast, so sometime the internal process can not catch up all the time. I see the company is taking actions to standardize many things and it will take some time for sure for everything but they are all good track.
