- Great at catering to their employees in time of need and allowing flexible WFH opportunities -Unlimited UPTO (within reason) for vacations and/or emergencies if employees run out of PTO - Provided an additional "flex" holiday for employees to use as an additional full day of PTO

Cons

- Fast paced environments where billable hours are critical - During busy periods in the industry you are expected to work overtime to meet deadlines
