      I'm supported in my job and I see opportunities for me to advance in my position. I enjoy my team that I work with.

      There's not a lot of flexibility in my hours.

      Pros

      Marmen is a great company to work for. The employees and culture are awesome. Team members are friendly and willing to help out whenever they can. Supervisors/Management are respectful of team members. They understand when there are personal issues going on. Employee appreciation is great at Marmen and I feel like a valued member of the team.

      Cons

      Would be nice if rehired employees were able to get uniforms right away instead of waiting 3 months.

      Multiple days off for more chances of overtime if you know how to get your job done

      Sometimes quality from otherside of shop isn't to where it needs to be
