Pros

Meckley Services is a fast paced environment that offers a lot of opportunity for growth. The workload stays consistent, which creates stability and keeps things moving. If you take pride in your work and can manage responsibilities on your own, you will do well here. I started as a technician and was able to grow into a service manager role and later into project management. The company does a good job of giving people the chance to advance if they stay committed and put in the effort. The team environment is supportive, and there is always something new to learn. It is a good place for someone who likes to stay busy and build their skill set.

Cons: On call rotation is required Travel can be longer depending on job location

Good people, my time at Meckley was like family. Managers seem to really care about employees. They have a woman controller which is great, Paula she is so helpful and good at her job. She has been very helpful to me over the years.

Cons

Overworked if you are good at your job, but my manager was usually understanding when I need a little break.

Pros

The fast paced dynamic maintenance and construction company is a great place to build a career. There are lots of opportunities to advance, should an employee have the desire and work ethic.

Cons

Because we run a fast paced, high volume business, its not for everyone. Overtime may be required in all position within the organization as we do not fail for our clients. Hard work is rewarded. Employees who are complacent or lazy are exposed quickly.
