Working form home was awesome PTO Sick Time Pay was okay We got paid when we got laid off Managers were nice most of the time

You are expected to know a lot of material.. A lot of it you learn as you go We got laid off mainly due to outsourcing High Volume of calls Some management would tell you an answer to your issue but another would give you a different answer Managers could be rude if you asked a previously asked question. I did not feel like there was room for growth When we got laid off we weren't offer another position, even though medusind offers many within the company They have one of their headquarters in India.. so you could lose your job soon. I did not get a raise after a full year of being there
