Pros

Mele has one of the most positive working environments I have encountered in my career! Everyone is welcoming and friendly, from the CEO through the entire organizational chart. They offer a great benefits package to full-time employees and host company wide events throughout the year. Not only are employees treated well, they also give back to the community through donations and volunteering!

Cons

It may get hectic at certain times of the year, but everyone steps up to help in other departments when needed.

Pros

Mele Printing is a fun rewarding place to work. The biggest pro is the people and the culture, you really feel like part of a family. Leadership genuinely cares about each employee’s professional and personal growth. The company offers a long list of benefits including, health, vision, dental, life, disability, 401K, loan program, vacation, and profit sharing. There is a wellness program and employee recognition committee that offer all sorts of rewards and fun activities throughout the year. They host many fun employee events all year around including, Mele Olympics, golf, bowling, chess, and corn hole tournaments, cooking competitions, bingo, the list goes on and on.

Cons

The printing industry can at times be driven by customer deadlines which may require employees to work some overtime at certain times, some may view that as a con others as a pro.
