Cons
There is a fine division between office workers and production "bindery" workers. The culture does not integrate the "haves" and the "have-nots" - which is a major cultural issue. Printing, in general, is going out of business. Your job is not secure when you work for Mercury. Upper management clearly plays favorites - and this is not fair or consistent. Benefits are terrible. Sick and PTO is combined - only 9 days FOR THE YEAR. No 401k match. Life insurance is only one times your annual salary - up to a max of $50k.
