Pros
Netscout is a very stable company; communication is easy, the salary and benefits are great, and the team is very professional and collaborative.
Cons
Netscout is a small company that doesn't take any risks, so it is very difficult to get information about the products (roadmaps and direction). There is a lack of concise documentation around the products, and no personal lab is allowed, making self-learning almost impossible. All internal processes are incredibly complex and painful, and contact with PMs is not encouraged. For a sales engineer job, it is a challenging company.
