Pros
The owner is great to work for, very easy to talk to about anything and she goes above and beyond for her employees. Fun and friendly atmosphere. Very flexible. You are all working for a common goal which is helping kids that need it. I have been in the medical field since I was 19 years old, I am 43 now and Abbie the owner is the first boss I have ever had that actually cares about me as a person not just another employee. Also the first boss I’ve ever had that I can actually talk to and be myself. Which also makes me want to give 110% when I am at work. Co-workers are awesome, I am grateful to work with some wonderful people. The kids are the icing on the cake! Watching them make progress ex: go from not speaking at all to start speaking is such an incredible thing to be a part of. I love my job and I am so thankful for my job.
