Great benefits and training, but support is non-existent!

Pros

Fully Remote WFH, generous benefits, ample PTO, and excellent training.

Cons

Support is nonexistent after training. It is sink or swim. Everyone is treated with the assumption that you are somehow doing something wrong. Technology and systems are so old and fail often.
