- cutting edge enterprise DoD data science work - high pay - leadership are good people

Cons

- Typical DoD bureaucracy challenges - Onboarding to contracts can be difficult where other Nyla folks are not also on your contract - Feel distanced from other Nyla employees at times due to remote work and folks living across multiple states

Offers volunteer hours, fully paid parental leave, bereavement leave, jury duty leave Very generous referral bonus program Very pro work/life balance I work from home which gives me great flexibility with hours

Cons

Operations department is small so everyone wears multiple hats. Not necessarily a bad thing. It keeps everyone busy.

Nyla tries to go above and beyond to show every employee they are appreciated. The company is very transparent with what's currently going on and what's down the road. Executives are very accessible to the whole team as well.

Cons

As a small company, few people have to wear may hats at times.
