To really thrive here, especially as a top performer, you need to be highly self-directed and naturally curious. There’s tons of support and great documentation, but no one’s going to hold your hand. You’ll do best if you’re the type who takes initiative, asks smart questions, and isn’t afraid to dig in and figure things out.
