Pros
Small company, nice office, lots of autonomy to create your own content and make decisions.
Cons
The owner will sexually harass you, and allow his realtors to verbally abuse you. It's a horrible work environment. They run under multiple LLCs when there's only 10 employees. The owner fired a pregnant woman to get back at a realtor that left. The only thing keeping that company afloat is dishonestly, which hopefully won't last for much longer.
