Pros

Great Office and perks in office, lunch, gym, membership

Cons

No upward mobility. The manager made political and racist comments calling people colored saying women who didn't have children and were older were going to dry up if they didn't hurry, told team when drunk she faked her covid test and insisted I was lucky to keep my job, I met all sales goals and worked overtime weekly to earn my space and delt with her bad attitude while making her look good.

Pros

- Overall organizational culture is amazing! It's a business, but the charity component of our business model makes us unlike all others. $160 MILLION given to charity by our tournaments in 2015 alone! - Great place to work if you like to be around smart, passionate, caring people. - Bringing in a lot of new talent for the Digital business. Organization is growing fast. - Incredibly humble and approachable executives. - Ponte Vedra is a fabulous place to live; great place to raise a family (great schools). - Great benefits--PTO & parental leave.

Cons

- Smaller organization, so depending on the department, there aren't as many career options as larger companies.

-Met some great people -For the most part, upper mangement seemed like they cared for other employees -

Cons

-Nepotism plays a role in getting promotions -Low pay -Depending on the department, the amount of hours required to work coupled with low pay isn't worth it -Regardless of background, it's all about WHO you know -They preach 'culture' and all that nonsense, though it's meh at best
