      Pros

      Great company to work for, fully remote if you are in IT great work life balance, They try not to have meetings on Fridays and on month end, Good culture and always keep the employees informed with regular updates on how the company is doing. A lot of growth and a lot of fun projects going on in IT.

      Cons

      Pay could be better and for an insurance company the insurance could be better and cheaper.
