low maintenance job = less exhausted, but management could be better

Pros

Safe space for LGBTQ+. Good coworker environment. You aren't completely burnt out at the end of the shift. Employee discount. Somewhat flexible hours. Good pay for a retail job.

Cons

Management could be better. I think the managers sometimes lack the empathy needed to provide a happy work environment.

Employees were great and it was a fun environment to work in! Everyone is very close and encouraged to be themselves

Cons

Management at the time was messy which included very odd behavior from some of the managers.
