      Working in a great team has been a rewarding experience. The supportive and collaborative environment encourages open communication, knowledge sharing, and mutual respect. It has allowed me to learn from colleagues, improve my teaching practice, and contribute effectively toward shared goals.

      While differences in working styles or schedules can occasionally create challenges, the overall teamwork, guidance, and encouragement far outweigh these. Being part of a positive team has strengthened my confidence, motivation, and commitment to continuous improvement
