Pros

Best team on earth. This company is one of the few I have seen that genuinely cares for their employees. They don't just say they value work/life balance, they actually live it out and enable their employees to do the same. It is a very people-first environment and everyone's voice is valued and heard. Incredible pay, benefits, culture, and people here are truly experts in their respective fields.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that we are growing so rapidly it seems like people cannot be hired and onboarded quick enough!
