I have been with the company a couple of months and these are my pros so far: -Autonomy over my recruiting efforts. I have a lot of freedom to structure my day how I would like in order to get the desired end results. -My manager and the sales team in my department are subject matter experts. They have taught me so much about engineering/manufacturing in my short time here. -Access to upper management. All the members of upper management have made themselves completely available to me to express concerns and they are always asking me how they can help. It makes me feel like I am not a number on a spreadsheet. -Constructive feedback. I feel like all of the feedback I have received has helped me improve my recruiting efforts and it was delivered in a constructive way. I appreciate how my managers handle giving feedback. -Admin and IT are also wonderful. They made the onboarding process very easy!

I loved working at this staffing company! The owners/supervisors are fair, they provide the support you need to be successful, and they are great at making the work environment fun and enjoyable! I worked there for about 3 years, I learned so much and I loved my time there!
