Pros

- Great people - Great teams - Cutting edge technology - Positive social impact compared with companies like Meta, Google, Netflix, etc. - Successful company which is not venture capital financed. Allows for longer term thinking and insulates teams from the ups and downs of the capital markets. - R&D centric. Major focus on product development.

Cons

- You will sometimes need to define your own success criteria. - Some processes are still immature, but not so much of a problem as the company and teams is generally willing to adopt good practices from outside.
